Administration fees are attached on the Seminar Application form with banking details for payments. These costs are fully payable on completion of your studies, before you will receive recognition in the particular study course.
Registration / Admission fees are payable in advance, before a Student number will be allocated and study material will be available from your Lecturer.
The assigned Lecturer in your area will handle all communication regarding your studies, different study courses available and costs involve. This cost is only applicable for administration/registration and study material. It does not include any tuition fees and yearly graduation costs, for example “Gowns and Morta Board Caps”. Please note that the Gowns can be hired but the Morta Board Caps must be bought.
Minimum requirements for Word of God Seminary students are Grade 12 / Matric. Should you not have the mentioned qualification, then you must subscribe for the four (4) pre-scribed subjects. Recognition of Prior Learning” (RPL) will apply.
All students’ needs to fill out a “New Seminary Application” form for the prospective study course/s, whether Certificate / Diploma or Degree. This will make administration easier; ensure proper record keeping of all enrolled students, which are important for the yearly student Graduation.
There are different payment options available on request from your Lecturer. These payment arrangements needs to be made at your earliest with the Seminary Office.
Subject evaluation will be done the evaluation board by referral from your Lecturer, whereby any of the subjects for evaluation must be referred to the Seminary for credit where applicable.
Only the prescribed “Final Examination Answer Sheet” to be used by students sitting for examination, which then must be send handed in for marking. Online/distance learning students examination will be done on the online platform.

Important to note that we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY on all Fees. That means that all fees paid to us remain NON-REFUNDABLE to the student, should the student decide not to continue with his or her studies. This includes all deposits made for: Registration Fees, Tuition Fees, Administration Fees, as well as Graduation Fees. We do not refund any fees under any circumstances. This also includes fees that was paid upfront or in advance to us.
*Note: All mentioned qualification levels as well as all post-degree studies done through “Word of God Seminary” are a “Word Knowledge” qualification and not “Academic”.
